How do I pay?

You can pay by PayPal, cheque or postal order.  Payments must be made when the order is placed or with the photograph if being posted.  Work will be completed but not despatched until the funds have cleared.

How long will the work take?

We aim to complete the work within 10 days of the payment and image being received.  This guarantee does not apply to bulk scanning of photographs, negatives and 35mm slides, we will advise you of an completion date upon your enquiry.

 

What is the best way to send my photographs, negatives or slides?

Send us your images by Royal Mail Special Post, this is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next day and can weigh up to 10kg.  We will return your old and new images using the same service to ensure they reach you safely.

 

Can I email you my images?

Yes, you can send us digital images as well but please ensure that they are 300 dpi (dots per inch) and saved as a jpeg file.

 

What format will my photos be returned in?

You have choice of either a 4" x 6" photograph or the image on a CD, plus your original image returned.  We are happy to provide you with additional copies of either if you require them, please see the prices page to view the options.

 

Can my photograph be enlarged after it has been modified?

Most photographs can be enlarged to any size up to 10" x 8", this will depend on the condition of the original image but we will advise you if it is not possible.

 

Can I order more photographs in the future?

We digitally keep all the images we restore and manipulate, so you can come back to us at any point in the future if you require further prints.
